Facilities

All Participants over 16yrs will be chip timed.

Water, fruit, chocolate bars will be available along each route. Toilet facilities also will be available.

Regular check points will be in place along each of the routes to ensure all participants are present. The Red Cross And ICRO will also be present throughout the challenge.

Complimentary Soup and a Roll for all participant's will be served in Logues Lodge as they complete their challenge.
